Mountain View Conference takes on an unexpected, growing Hispanic population in rural West Virginia towns, soliciting missionary assistance from a group of South American “fútbol” aficionados
On the heels of its largest mega clinic to date held in Los Angeles, California, Your Best Pathway to Health is launching its first east coast clinic on July 13-15, with training to be held following the clinic. The clinic is being organized in Beckley, West Virginia, a smaller city that serves as the healthcare hub for nine surrounding counties.
Your Best Pathway to Health, a free clinic that provides medical, dental, vision care and support services including radiology, laboratory and pharmacy services, plus preventive medicine, is coming to Beckley, W.Va. Volunteers are still needed.
In the spring of 2014, Clifford Long received a Voice of Prophecy (VOP) Discover Bible study request card that eventually led to several of his family members learning more about the Bible. Long returned the card, and started receiving Discover Bible studies from Delsie Knicely, a member from the Lewisburg (W.Va.) church.

A 2013 partnership between the Voice of Prophecy (VOP) and the Mountain View Conference (MVC) recently resulted in a new church company in West Virginia. One of the three mailings the partners sent to blanket the MVC was focused in the New Martinsville area.
Rebecca Trent, a member of the Logan (W.Va.) church, visited a church petting zoo and thought it would be a good outreach event for her community. She wanted to raise awareness of the Seventh-day Adventist Church and the truths it professes.
Mountain View Conference (MVC) is mourning the death of Feryl E. Moorhouse Harris, former MVC Sabbath School, Children’s and Women’s ministries and Trust Services department director. Harris died as a result of a car crash June 15 in Riverside, Calif.
