We regret to announce the passing of Adrian Theophilus Westney, DD, 82, who died last night after a brief illness.
The Columbia Union Conference is deeply saddened to convey the announcement by Adventist Risk Management (ARM) that ARM president Robert L. Sweezey has passed away. Sweezey was an active member of Chesapeake Conference’s Baltimore First church located in Ellicott City, Md.
The Pennsylvania Conference welcomes Ron Christman, CPA, who will serve as treasurer beginning September 1.
After much thought and prayer, Pennsylvania Conference treasurer Rudolph “Mo” Pelley announced his retirement at the April 1 Executive Committee meeting. He has served the Seventh-day Adventist Church faithfully and with integrity for 49 years, spending the last 22 years in Pennsylvania. Pelley loved his job and the opportunities it offered.
