Love for Jesus is more than an intellectual belief in Him or His truth. This love must be focused on Him as a person and not merely as a concept.

In 2024, the WGTS team was on-location to personally connect with listeners at more than 100 places, including churches, schools, hospitals, concerts and even golf courses.

The WGTS 91.9 staff teamed up with community partners and Christian artist Matt Maher to hold a memorial service for the victims of the American Airlines flight 5342 plane crash.

For the past few months, Pine Forge Academy students have supported a Sabbath children’s program at the Walnut Street Community church.

Ashish David (’93) joins the Takoma Academy staff as the new director of Development, Recruitment and Alumni Relations.

This year, Spencer Hannah, principal of Spring Valley Academy,  has invited staff members to share testimonies prior to their weekly staff meetings.

WGTS 91.9 listeners extended hope to hundreds by donating 1,347 bottles of laundry detergent to families with this basic and important need.
