Chesapeake Conference Urges Members to Pray for Peace in Baltimore

Rick Remmers, Chesapeake Conference president, is urging members to pray for peace in Baltimore City.  Remmers released a statement Tuesday afternoon encouraging members to pray during the "Prophecies of Hope" meetings, in church on Sabbath or during the Wednesday morning prayer call.

"Our hearts go out to the family and friends of Freddie Gray as they grieve the loss of a loved one and seek answers and understanding," said Remmers. "We offer sincere condolences and continue to pray for his family."
