- Line up eight, eight-ounce bottles of water to keep you on track throughout the day.
- Set out two, one-quart jars somewhere visible and sip on them throughout the day.
- Don’t like water? Squeeze in some lemon juice—it’s refreshing, has health benefits and adds flavor.
