ACSGW Recognized by Montgomery County During Food Security Week

 

Potomac Conference's Adventist Community Services of Greater Washington in Silver Spring, Md., has been fighting food insecurity caused by the pandemic for two years.

 

During "Food Security Week," in an effort to recognize those who provided food and other necessities to hard hit families, Montgomery County Executive, Marc Elrich, on behalf of the county government, publicly recognized ACSGW and other food pantries.

 

The special event took place at the Silver Spring Christian Reform church (Md.) on March 28.
