Six Teams From Columbia Union’s Pathfinder Bible Experience Advance to Division Level
Story by V. Michelle Bernard
Six Columbia Union Conference Pathfinder Bible Experience teams placed first at the Columbia Union level last weekend and advanced to the North American Division event. The events, the first to be hosted virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic, took place on Zoom.
Twenty-two teams from the Union qualified to participate in the union event, though not all decided to join. Participants from 12 teams from the Allegheny East, Chesapeake and Potomac conferences tested their knowledge of the books of Ezra, Nehemiah, Hosea, Amos, Jonah and Micah during the event.
“You have represented Columbia Union well,” said Sherilyn O’Ffill, unionwide event coordinator. “I’m seriously proud of all of you.”
