Recipe: Flax Nut Sprinkle From the iThrive Wellness Camp

Recipe adapted from Neil Nedley's Depression: The Way Out, by Jennifer McCahan, RDN for iThrive's Wellness Camp


1/4 cup      ground walnuts
1/4 cup      flax meal
1 TBSP     date sugar or xylitol or stevia
1/8 tsp       sea salt

Mix together and serve over non-dairy yogurt, pumpkin or banana bread, whole grain toast, oatmeal, etc.

Makes 9 Tablespoons. One Tablespoon has 857 mg of omega 3!
