Conference Culminates 80th Anniversary With Gala, Allegheny East Conference, “All for One, and One for All", Adventist HealthCare, Columbia Union Conference, Living Legends Awards for Service to Humanity

The Allegheny East Conference (AEC) recently culminated the yearlong celebration of its 80th anniversary with a vibrant gala that drew more than 400 members and well-wishers from across the territory. The evening served not only as a tribute to eight decades of ministry and mission but also as a meaningful step toward the future.

To honor Peter Landless (center), former director of General Conference Adventist Health Ministries, global health care leaders gathered for an evening of fellowship, including (left to right): Director of General Conference Adventist Health Ministries Zeno L. Charles-Marcel and health system presidents/CEOs John Sackett (Adventist HealthCare); Michael Gentry (Kettering Health); David Banks (AdventHealth); Kerry Heinrich (Adventist Health); and Richard H. Hart (Loma Linda University Health).

At the 62nd General Conference Session, the five Adventist health systems located in North America – AdventHealth, Adventist Health, Adventist HealthCare, Kettering Health and Loma Linda University Health – developed three unified demonstrations of their commitment to the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
