The New Jersey Conference (NJC) hosted its inaugural Teen Leadership in Training (TLT) Retreat at the Tranquility Camp in Andover, N.J., late last year. Ninety-two youth between the ages of 13–19 gathered for a weekend focused on leadership, growth and service.
