Donna Mashburn (pictured), a certified Christian conciliator, recently trained a group of Chesapeake Conference pastors and church elders in Christ-centered conflict resolution methods. Pastor Diego Boquer brought six leaders from the Glen Burnie (Md.) church to learn how to respond biblically to conflict. “We’re forming a peacemaking team to serve as a resource for the congregation,” says Boquer.
