Takoma Park Church Holds Funeral for Police Officer Killed After Crash

Potomac Conference’s Takoma Park (Md.) church recently hosted a funeral for Craig Chandler.  Chandler, 27,  was a Baltimore police officer who died from injuries suffered from a crash while on duty in November.

Chandler, 27, was the son of Takoma Park members Emmanuel and Beverly Chandler, a husband and father of two young children.

Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, Baltimore mayor; Marilyn Mosby, State's Attorney for Baltimore City; Brandon Scott, Baltimore City District 2 councilman; and Bruce Williams, Takoma Park mayor, attended the funeral.
