Helping You Get ‘Fit for Life’

Adventist WholeHealth Network (AWHN) is planning to help you get “Fit for Life” during this year’s camp meeting, June 12–20, on the campus of Blue Mountain Academy in Hamburg, Pa.

Each evening, AWHN will share a video featuring simple ways to incorporate healthier living. The weekday seminars will share practical ideas, resources and information for getting fit and for using Health Ministries to connect with your community.

Sunday will kick off with the annual 5K, providing a fun way for families to exercise together. And don’t miss this year’s Whole Health Expo, as part of Sunday’s Fun Fest. AWHN will offer lab tests, including a lipid panel, glucose testing, hemoglobin A1c testing and random blood glucose screening. Other health screening tests will include cardiovascular and lung health, body fat and BMI, a health age assessment, and a free consultation with a medical provider.
