WGTS Listeners Propel Station to Successful Fall Fundraiser

Story by Jerry Woods

WGTS 91.9 listeners joined together to keep the ministry fully funded during the recent Fall Fundraiser. Close to 3,000 listeners gave a total of 110-percent in donations to meet the fundraising goal and to keep the station running strong for the next six months.

“In a time when the world remains uncertain with a global pandemic, we are so grateful that our listeners partnered with us once again to help tell the Nation’s Capital that there is hope, and that hope comes from Jesus. What a blessing it is to join with listeners to keep spreading that message across the Washington, D.C., area as we head into our 65th year of ministry together,” said WGTS president and general manager Kevin Krueger.

WGTS 91.9 is a fully listener-supported ministry that reaches over 1.5 million people each week, and has been serving the greater Washington, D.C., area since 1957.
