They urged the crowd of about 100 to pray during a time of social unrest following the recent grand jury decisions in the deaths of Michael Brown and Eric Garner.

In an interview with the Columbus Dispatch, John Boston, pastor of Allegheny West Conference's Central church, said, "You can't meet anger with anger. We want to meet anger with calm, protest with prayer."

Allegheny West Pastors Boston, Jason Ridley, Donald Burden, Harold Palmer, Joel Johnson, Marquis Johns and Bryant Taylor participated. Several media outlets covered the event including The Columbus Dispatch and Channel 10 News.
